Dark Opal Designs is the company name for "seamstress extraordinaire" Tracy Leer.
Unofficially founded in about 2001, we have been sewing medieval and medieval-inspired clothing for people to wear and enjoy ever since!
Some of our patterns are based on authentic period pieces, and some are modified for comfort and style.
Every garment we make is custom-made for the wearer. This ensures a terrific fit, a great look, and a big smile on the wearer's face.
